Job Description:
NSINFO Security Solutions is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Fluent in Hindi; English knowledge is an advantage
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
Experience:
- 0–2 years experience in Tele Calling / Customer Support
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Graduate preferred
