Job Description
NSINFO Security Solutions is looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with security systems and a strong understanding of networking and cabling to ensure reliable and secure operations for our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment
Perform site surveys and recommend suitable surveillance solutions
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Ensure proper cabling, camera alignment, and system optimization
Conduct routine maintenance and system upgrades
Provide basic training and support to clients
Maintain service reports and documentation
Follow safety standards and company guidelines at all times
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (Analog, IP Cameras)
Experience with DVR/NVR configuration and troubleshooting
Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing)
Cabling skills (LAN, coaxial, power cables)
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently and on-site
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role
Experience in security systems installation and maintenance preferred
Qualification
ITI / Diploma / Certification in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, or related field
CCTV or security system certification will be an added advantage
