Job Description

NSINFO Security Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our security automation, RFID, and technology-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and increasing brand visibility in the market.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field sales, digital platforms, and referrals

Promote company products and solutions to corporate, institutional, and industrial clients

Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness

Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

Prepare sales reports, proposals, and follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Skills Required

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proven sales and marketing knowledge

Ability to convert leads into customers

Confidence in client handling and presentations

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools

Good planning, reporting, and follow-up skills

Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

Experience in security solutions, IT services, automation, RFID, or B2B sales will be an added advantage

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field

MBA in Sales & Marketing will be a plus
